1. Is the clothing on your website my only choice?

No, we offer a basic line of clothing to help you get back to your normal routine as soon as possible. It is our goal to base our line of clothing on the needs and requests from our customers.

2. Does Medicare cover the cost of the clothing?

No, at this time we are going through the steps to be an approved Medicare supplier. Once we have received that approval we will notify you through our website.

3. Do you do custom clothing?

Yes, we will modify any clothing that you would like us to. When it comes to the color of the clothe insert utilized to expand the diameter of the arm or leg, we will match the color to the closest color and material possible. For obvious reasons we will try to our absolute best to match the material.

4. Do you ship anywhere?

Yes, we will ship to any location requested. International shipping rates and restrictions will apply. Shipping method is selected by you at the time your order is placed.

5. Am I limited to a specific size of insert?

No, Inserts come in 3 sizes based on the particular condition you have and the total diameter of your limb. You can simply measure this to determine the size insert you would need.

At Cast Clothing your comfort is our main concern. If the clothing item you order does not fit properly we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible with the least amount of disruption to you.

No, the use of Cast Clothing for those who wear prosthetics is mainly for ease of use and accessibility.

Cast Clothing is meant to make the dressing process easier when it comes to fitting your prosthetic.

Yes, Cast Clothing is made to be seamless so that no one can tell that you are wearing adaptive clothing.

 12. Do I have to be measured by a certified fitter?

No, you do not have to be measured by a certified fitter as our concern from this standpoint is that of the total diameter of the upper and lower portion of the limb. Our inserts are made in 3 sizes to accommodate the average size.

13. How long does it take to get my clothing once I have ordered it?

Each piece of clothing is altered when it is ordered based on the limb specified. The time frame is between 3-5 days should we need to order any product.

14. How do you match the cloth insert if I want you to alter my own clothing?

When we are doing custom alterations with your specific clothing, we will match the insert to the closest possible color and material we are able to find. We do not guarantee that we will find the exact match, however we will do everything in our power to try.

15. If you alter my personal clothing, can you change it back when I no longer need it?

Yes, any custom clothing that is altered can be altered back to it original form.
